All repairs are carried out by our highly-trained engineers, who have a wealth of skills, experience and knowledge about wheelchairs and their associated accessories.
We will arrange a mutually convenient appointment for our engineer to visit you. Our Customer Care Team will ask you about the repair and get as much information as possible about the fault or problem. This all helps us to achieve a fix at first visit wherever possible.
Please note that, with regret, there are times when acquiring replacement parts for some complex chairs results in the repair taking a little longer.
Our team of engineers have all had enhanced DBS checks completed and wear the recognisable company uniform with logo. They will always present their ID badge on arrival.
