Our team of engineers have all had enhanced DBS checks completed and wear the recognisable company uniform with logo. They will always present their ID badge on arrival.
The Customer Care Team will ask you about the repair and get as much information as possible, all to help with the repair itself, so that we can fix at first visit wherever possible. We will arrange a mutually convenient appointment for our engineer to visit you.
